Solution Architect
GreenPages is looking for storage consultants with a minimum of four years experience in the field consulting, designing and implementing technology solutions, including the testing and installation of Fibre Channel and iSCSI SAN architectures along with data protection technologies. Position also requires solid presales experience with strong customer facing and presentation skills.
Position requirements:
- Solid understanding of physical and virtual Server Technology
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux environments
- Minimum of one certification from any major storage or data protection vendor
- Advanced competency in MS Visio
- Knowledge of Federal Regulations and compliance a plus.
The Solutions Architect is responsible for the following:
- Installation of certain technologies including iSCSI and Fibre Channel SANs, NAS and backup applications
- Conducting initial customer conferences for standard solutions
This position requires 70-80% travel nationally.
