GreenPages Exceeds Customer Expectations According to HP Survey

 

Kittery, ME—March 15, 2005—Results of the 2004 Worldwide Survey of Hewlett Packard (HP) customers shows that GreenPages, Inc., a leading IT solutions provider, is exceeding customer expectations. The announcement places GreenPages’ customer satisfaction ratings 10% higher than other solution providers in their market space.

The customer survey is the latest phase in HP's Total Customer Experience (TCE) initiative focused on building customer loyalty by providing what HP describes as innovative technology, provided at a low cost that offers the best overall experience. The survey provides HP and partners such as GreenPages valuable insight into what is most important to their customers, the five strongest competencies of the partner, the likelihood of a customer repurchasing from the partner, and areas where a partner needs improvement. Ratings are also given to the partner for keeping customers informed of HP promotions, the overall quality of product installation, matching specific solutions to customer needs, collaborating with HP to provide solutions, and the overall quality of the technical support provided by the partner.

In addition to earning high TCE scores, over 94% of respondents rated GreenPages’ positively, outranking other partners by 10%. The survey showed that Greenpages greatest areas of strength are the support it provides to its customers, proposing the right solutions to meet their customers’ needs, and collaborating with HP to provide technology solutions.
