GreenPages Announces New President and CEO
Kittery, ME—Oct. 4, 2004—GreenPages, Inc., a leading IT solutions provider, announces Ron Dupler has joined the company as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Dupler will be succeeding Charles Hefford, GreenPages current President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Hefford is retiring after a thirteen-year career at GreenPages, where he served as Chief Financial Officer prior to being named President and Chief Executive Officer in 1999. He will continue to serve as a member of the Board of Directors.
Mr. Dupler joins GreenPages from Bizi International, a leading global exchange for quality, pre-owned data and optical networking equipment based in Tyngsboro, Massachusetts, where he served as Chief Executive Officer. Prior to Bizi, Mr. Dupler was with Amherst Technologies for 12 years where he held a number of management positions including President and Chief Executive Officer. Under Mr. Dupler’s leadership in this role from 1997-2001, Amherst Technologies grew by over 600% to $380 million per year in annual revenue. In recognition of his leadership and company’s performance, Mr. Dupler was named a VAR 500 Executive of the Year in 2000.
