Ron assumed the role of President and CEO of GreenPages in 2004 with a charter to drive and transform the organization’s technology delivery and solutions model. During his tenure, Ron has worked collaboratively with GreenPages’ management and employees, clients, and strategic technology partners to transform the company from a product-centric, value-added reseller to a leading systems integrator and cloud services firm that is widely regarded as one of the best hybrid cloud computing services organizations in the country.
Under Ron’s leadership, GreenPages has received broad recognition, including being ranked #30 globally for Managed Services by CRN and #24 globally for Cloud Services by Talkin’ Cloud. Additional awards include CRN’s SP500 Company of the Year, Tech Elite 250, and Virtualization Tech Elite lists; MSPmentor 100 Top Global Managed Services Companies; and VMware’s Solution Provider of the Year, Desktop Virtualization Provider of the Year, and Virtualization of Business Critical Applications Global Partner of the Year. Ron is also a past recipient of VMware’s Partner Executive MVP in the Americas and a VAR 500 Executive of the Year.

Prior to GreenPages, Ron led a national technology solutions provider through a period of dramatic growth resulting in a 600% revenue increase from $63 million to $380 million over a five-year period.
Joshua is a dynamic senior executive with more than twenty years of diverse business experience in the Information Technology, Telecommunications, and Business Services industries. Joshua leads GreenPages’ Strategic Services practice helping clients across all industries secure and transform their businesses by implementing advanced technologies to better connect employees, business partners, and customers in an increasingly global marketplace.
Prior to joining GreenPages, Joshua founded and led the Norwell Technology Group, a highly successful IT & Security Advisory Firm and was responsible for the company’s sales and operations and setting the strategic direction. While at the Norwell Technology Group, he developed and launched the RECON Business Analytics Platform, a multifaceted information technology assessment and compliance solution.
Joshua has also held senior executive positions at high growth market leading technology firms where he managed the M&A outcomes. He spent the early years of his career in global business management at AT&T, Level 3, and Presidio. Throughout his career, Joshua has directly managed growth strategies while delivering transformation of operations and delivery to drive the best outcomes for his clients, and he utilizes the same philosophy today.
Joshua has always aspired to make an impact in his community, first by serving in the U.S. Marine Corps and today through philanthropy, supporting Boston Medical Center, Tufts Medical Center, the Shawn Thornton Foundation, and Junior Achievement of New England. He also holds multiple Board of Directors and Advisory Board seats.
As GreenPages’ Senior Vice President of Client Services, Simon is responsible for driving the company's Services Revenue growth by creating innovative services and IP to address new world IT market requirements; collaborating with clients, sales, and delivery leadership to take these new services to market; and ensuring customer satisfaction excellence.
Prior to joining GreenPages, Simon held leadership Consulting Services and Sales roles in NA and EMEA. He served as Worldwide Senior Director of Professional Services in Seagate’s Cloud Systems and Solutions group, driving services go-to-market strategies, sales and delivery methodology standardization, and client sales pursuits.
Prior to this, Simon was Director of Service Management and Pre-sales at GlassHouse Technologies, responsible for defining go-to-market strategies globally, standardizing delivery approaches, and running the company’s Americas Pre-Sales and Practice Lead teams across all market verticals, following a consulting career in the company's EMEA region.
Jay has 24 years of IT experience with the past 19 years focused on Managed Services. He is currently responsible for GreenPages’ Managed Services organization and Service Delivery functions. He has a strong data center and infrastructure operations background with substantial experience managing and optimizing 24×7 delivery organizations to execute with quality, transparency, and customer focus. Jay has integrated and led several geographically distributed NOCs and Systems Engineering teams which drives his passion for aligning people, process, and technologies to achieve scale and efficiency.
Jay’s technical background includes Windows, Citrix, and application delivery through thin client computing platforms. He has also led networking, messaging, database management, and application management teams. Furthermore, he has implemented and optimized ITIL delivery frameworks within several organizations and managed through multiple successful SOC 2 audits. Jay earned his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of New Hampshire.
As president of GreenPages, Drew oversees the company’s entire sales organization, including the Enterprise, Healthcare, and Commercial Sales Teams located in Kittery, Maine; Boston; and New York City. He also works closely with GreenPages’ technology partners to build strategic business relationships and drive sales growth.
Prior to joining GreenPages, Drew was president of CBE Technologies, an IT solutions provider focused on the Gov/Ed and commercial business space. From 1986, until it was successfully sold in 2008, Drew was responsible for growing CBE into a $65 million dollar company. In 2008, Drew founded and was president of Managed Technology Partners (MTP), a managed IT services company based in Charlestown, Massachusetts. Primarily focused on the New England SMB market, MTP was successfully sold in 2009.
As Chief Financial Officer, Stephen is responsible for ensuring GreenPages’ financial and operational viability, including financial forecasting, budgeting, and risk analysis across various internal business units. He also oversees internal and external audits, taxes and treasury, corporate governance, and shareholder relations.
As a tenured leader overseeing the company’s accounting and credit functions, Stephen is responsible for reviewing and negotiating contracts and leases with clients and vendors, and managing the directors of GreenPages’ accounting and credit departments. Stephen collaborates closely with executive leadership and GreenPages’ board of directors to assist in business decisions and provide industry perspective and market expertise. Stephen holds a BS in Finance from Babson College.
Steve has 40 years of experience across Business, Finance, Technology, Compliance and Organizational Development. He is expert in Service Delivery, Business Operations, Technology Integration and Process Improvement, as well as a tenacious negotiator providing comparative/competitive analysis and long-term positioning for enterprise software, hardware, telecommunications and services contracts. For GreenPages, Steve delivers CIO On Demand services, helping customers with Organization Assessments, Strategic Business Plans & Roadmaps, Mergers & Consolidations, Turnarounds, Shared Services, PMO Development, Policy & Process Development, Training, and building world-class teams while also focusing on GreenPages’ internal projects, products and workflow initiatives.
Prior to joining GreenPages, Steve held senior business and IT management roles for preeminent financial services and business organizations such as Fidelity Investments, Putnam Investments, Avery Dennison and Norwell Technology Group, which was acquired by GreenPages in 2018. Steve also has significant experience as a senior business advisor, driving team collaboration, leading groups through rapid growth, mergers and complex projects, as well as developing business models, go-to-market strategy and operational solutions. Steve’s certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM 1) and Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK V4).
Jeanne has more than twenty years of experience in human resource leadership and executive management, spanning the information technology, professional services, clinical research, marketing, and health care industries.
As GreenPages’ vice president of human resources, Jeanne is responsible for all aspects of team and candidate experience, policy development, coaching, management training, and talent acquisition. A staunch employee advocate, Jeanne’s accomplishments include envisioning and fostering GreenPages’ feedback-oriented performance culture; successfully researching and implementing GreenPages’ new talent management platform; selection and rollout of comprehensive PTO, CDHP, and HSA benefits; and designing and building a tools and resources portal for employees and managers.
A veteran human resources thought leader, Jeanne’s expertise includes employee relations; compensation; developing processes and frameworks to improve HR operations; personal and professional conflict resolution; and reducing corporate legal and business risk.
Prior to joining GreenPages, Jeanne was director of human resources at PAREXEL, a global biopharmaceutical research and services company, where her responsibilities ranged from managing a team of generalists, facilitating HR process development, coordinating acquisition HR due diligence, and supporting a client group of 300+ employees in multiple locations.
Jeanne holds an MBA from Suffolk University and a BA from the University of Massachusetts and is both SPHR and SHRM-SCP certified.
